Cancellation & Refund Policy

We get it — sometimes life happens, sometimes you just change your mind, and sometimes your pen explodes mid-class.

1. Class Cancellations

You can cancel your class up to 24 hours before it starts. Just drop us a WhatsApp or email — no drama needed.

2. Refunds

• If we cancel the class — you get a full refund. Easy.
• If you cancel on time — 100% refund or reschedule, your choice.
• If you ghost us last minute — sorry champ, no refund.

3. Digital Products

All e-books, PDFs, or downloads are non-refundable (you can’t “return” a file, duh).

4. How to Request

Email contact@hicoas.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order details. We’ll reply faster than your school principal checks handwriting.

We try to be fair — if you’re genuine, we’ll always help you out. If you’re shady, karma will handle it.
